REFUNDS/RETURNS

I do not accept returns on physical products. If a product was delivered damaged and unusable, I can either refund your money or send a replacement at no cost to you if inventory allows. If you miss your appointment without communication/rescheduling within 24 hours, I will refund you the full amount, minus the processing fees which is around 3%. I offer full refunds on mediumship readings if I’m unable to make a connection and partial refunds on completed readings when deemed necessary.

If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please reach out to me so we can find a solution. Feedback on readings, especially readings that do not reach your expectations, is important to me.

LATE/MISSED APPOINTMENTS + RESCHEDULING

If you are running late (10-15 minutes), I will wait and try to accommodate the lost time if it doesn’t interfere with other appointments, but I do ask you to let me know if you are going to be late. If you can’t make your appointment, you can reschedule/cancel through the confirmation email until 6 hours before the appointment. After that point, you can email me directly to cancel/reschedule your appointment and I ask you to do so at least an hour before your appointment if possible. If you miss your appointment, you can reschedule with me within 24 hours, otherwise you’ll have to do so through the scheduling system. Missing multiple appointments without proper communication may lead to me denying services.

EMAILED READINGS

Emailed readings have a processing time of 4-5 days unless otherwise stated in any communication or announcement either here or on social media. Affirmations, shadow work prompts, spiritual/healing exercises are based on what’s highlighted as important to include.

QUESTIONS + INTENTIONS

I do not accept legal, medical, or health questions including pregnancy and fertility. I do not read into 3rd party energies meaning I will not tap into other peoples thoughts, choices, or intentions unless they naturally come up in the reading. I will only read into your energy and the energies that are directly affecting you, so keep that in mind before booking.
