REFUNDS/RETURNS

I do not accept returns on physical products. If a product was delivered damaged and unusable, I can either refund your money or send a replacement at no cost to you if inventory allows. I do not offer refunds for intuitive services, but if you are unsatisfied or have an issue regarding your reading, please contact me through the form below so we can find a solution.

LATE/MISSED APPOINTMENTS + RESCHEDULING

If you are running up to 15 minutes late, I will accept the appointment and accommodate the time lost as long as it doesn’t overlap with other appointments. If you can’t make your appointment, please reschedule or cancel, at latest, 3-6 hours before the appointment if possible. You can reschedule/cancel through the confirmation email until 12 hours before the appointment. If it’s passed that time please email me at mothspirit444@gmail.com. If you’ve missed your appointment without letting me know beforehand, I will only reschedule with you one time before denying services.

QUESTIONS + INTENTIONS

I do not accept legal, medical, or health questions including pregnancy and fertility. I also will not read into anyone’s energy that is not closely connected to you like immediate family and partners, unless it naturally comes up in the reading.

EMAILED READINGS

Emailed readings have a processing time of 4-5 days unless otherwise stated in any communication or announcement either here or on social media. Affirmations, shadow work prompts, spiritual/healing exercises are dependent on what’s highlighted as important to include.
